An OIL-FREE and ALCOHOL FREE formulation, gently removes all traces of eye makeup and mascara. May be used as a general all over light cleanser for the face as soy protein helps to condition and moisturize delicate skin.
APPLICATION:
Saturate a cotton ball and gently smooth over the entire eye area (with eyes closed) then, if necessary, over entire face and neck. Repeat until cotton is free of all traces of soil.
