This mild formulation is based on FRENCH ROSEWATER and Witch Hazel Extract. These ingredients are gentle to the skin while effectively helping to prevent both blemishes and dehydration.
APPLICATION:
Saturate a cotton ball or small pre-moistened sponge with toner. Apply with light strokes over the entire face and neck area.
